Due to the outbreak of COVID 19, Ventura County Environmental Health will not allow Foxfield to hold our Summer Camp as we have known it.

Foxfield was founded in 1967, and for the past 53 years we have held our Summer Camp faithfully. This is the first year since our start that we will not be allowed to hold our camp. We apologize for this news, as it is just as devastating to us, as it is to you. Moving to summer camp 2021, all the campers who were enrolled in the 2020 summer will have priority for next year. Applications will be mailed to the girls attending this year 2 weeks prior to when we open enrollment to the public. We hope to see you all next summer!

Sessions 1 - 4:  $2,750

Deposit

$300 per session
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received by May 1st.

Additional Services

Vegetarian Meals: $95 (no other dietary restrictions)
Burbank Airport Pick-up: $200
Horse Board: Sessions 1-4: $350

Application Form

Foxfield offers a downloadable application form, available here, with pricing information. Both documents are in Adobe Acrobat format.

You can fill out the application online, but you cannot submit it electronically. After completing it online, you'll have to print it and mail it to Foxfield along with your deposit.

To access the online application form and fixture card, you will need a PDF reader like the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download here if you don't have it already.

You can also request a paper application by e-mailing Foxfield or by calling 805-495-5515 during business hours. Please note that the application form will only be accepted between December 1st and the first day of the session you are requesting.

Foxfield accepts camp applications from December to the first day of camp, but fills almost all of its spots some time before camp begins. Foxfield will continue to accept applications even after all its spots are filled, and will add these applicants to its waiting list.

Deposits

A deposit is required for each term. The deposit is fully refundable if the applicant is not assigned a spot at camp. But, due to limited enrollment, deposits cannot be refunded to applicants who have been offered a spot in camp unless Foxfield receives written notice of cancellation at least thirty days before the assigned session is due to begin.

Refunds

No refunds will be given once a session has begun for any reason

Discounts

Foxfield does not offer discounts for more than one member of a family attending camp, nor are there discounts for a camper who attends more than one session.

Payment

All money is due in the Foxfield office by May 15 for all sessions. If the balance owed is not received at the Foxfield office by the due date, the spot will be given to another camper, and the deposit will not be refunded.
