Sessions 1 - 4: $3,000
Deposit
$300 per session
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received by May 15th.

Vegetarian Meals: $100 (no other dietary restrictions)

Application Form
Foxfield offers a downloadable application form with pricing information, here. Available in Adobe Acrobat format on December 15th, 2024.
You can fill out the application online. After completing it online, you'll have to print it and mail it to Foxfield along with your deposit, which can be paid via check or Zelle. If you intend to pay using Zelle, please email your application and payment to foxfield1967@gmail.com.
To access the online application form and fixture card, you will need a PDF reader like the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download here if you don't have it already.
You can also request a paper application by e-mailing Foxfield or by calling 805-495-5515during business hours. Please note that the application form will only be accepted between December 1st and the first day of the session you are requesting.
Application Process
Foxfield accepts camp applications from December to the first day of camp but fills almost all of its spots sometime before camp begins. Foxfield will continue to accept applications even after all its spots are filled and will add these applicants to its waiting list.
Waiting List Policy

Deposits
A deposit is required for each term. The deposit is fully refundable if the applicant is not assigned a spot at camp. However, due to limited enrollment, deposits or full camp tuition cannot be refunded to applicants who have been offered a spot in camp unless Foxfield receives written notice of cancellation by May 15th. Doctors note due to unforeseen injury will be accepted at any time for a refund of tuition.
Refunds
No refunds will be given once a session has begun for any reason
Discounts
Foxfield does not offer discounts for more than one member of a family attending camp, nor are there discounts for a camper who attends more than one session.
Payment
All money is due in the Foxfield office by May 15 for all sessions. If the balance owed is not received at the Foxfield office by the due date, the spot will be given to another camper, and the deposit will not be refunded. If final payment has been received and a camper must withdraw from their session, tuition will not be refunded in full unless a doctor's note is provided due to injury or health concerns.
